1. Who we are

builder2 (“we”, “the service”) is a media generation API platform operated by the NXagents team. This policy explains what we collect when you use builder2.com and its API (api.builder2.com), and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

• Account data — the email address you sign in with, and one-time passcodes sent to it. We use it for authentication and critical service notices only.
• API credentials — your API keys and their hashes, so your tokens keep working and we can revoke them on your request.
• Job metadata — the prompts, request parameters, job IDs, slugs, timestamps, and status records for the media you generate. This is the operational record of the service.
• Generated media — images, audio, video and other artifacts are stored on our CDN (cdn.builder2.com / media.builder2.com) at the permanent URLs returned to you.
• Usage telemetry — request counts, quota consumption, and coarse error rates used to keep the service healthy and enforce plan limits.

3. What we don’t do

• No advertising or cross-site tracking. No third-party analytics scripts on this site.
• We don’t sell or rent your data.
• We don’t read your mailbox or anything else outside the service.

4. Third parties

To generate media, your prompts and reference inputs are sent to upstream model providers (for example AI image, music, speech and video services) and to our CDN. These providers process inputs solely to fulfill your generation request. Site traffic passes through Cloudflare, which acts as our CDN and edge network.

5. Retention & deletion

Job metadata and generated media are retained while your account is active — permanent URLs are a core product feature. Deleting a job or media slot deletes its artifacts from storage. Closing your account removes your account data and, on request, your stored media. Backups may persist briefly as they rotate out.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us below. API keys can be revoked instantly from your dashboard.

7. Changes

If we change this policy materially, we’ll note the new effective date here and announce it in the service.
